About

A studio built for the gap nobody fills.

Bridging medtech and healthcare robotics companies with the real clinical world.

The Studio

What Servizions is — and is not.

Servizions is a healthcare service innovation studio. Not a consultancy. Not an agency. Not a research institute. A studio — where structured methods, deep domain knowledge, and a clear point of view are applied to a single problem: making healthcare innovation genuinely work in the real clinical world.

We operate in the space between a technology and its clinical adoption. That space — the value proposition, the service architecture, the adoption system — is where most healthcare innovations either succeed or quietly fail. It is almost never designed. We design it.

We are based in Munich, Germany — at the centre of Europe's medical technology industry — and work with clients across the European healthcare innovation ecosystem.

What We Believe

Five convictions that shape everything we do.

These are not values statements. They are the specific beliefs that determine how Servizions works — and what we will and will not do.

01

The pre-product phase is where adoption is determined

Most healthcare technologies make their most consequential decisions before a single clinical user has been observed. We work at this stage — when assumptions are still testable and service systems are still designable.

02

A technology without a service system is incomplete

The clinical workflows, training architecture, and governance model are not implementation details. They are the product. Without them, adoption is a matter of luck.

03

Value propositions must be designed, not discovered

The value of a healthcare technology is not self-evident. It must be articulated, evidenced, and structured for each stakeholder. That is design work — and it requires design methods.

04

Intellectual honesty is not optional

If a technology is solving the wrong problem, or a value proposition is built on weak evidence — we say so. Clearly, constructively, and early enough to matter.

05

Healthcare deserves better innovation infrastructure

The gap between technological potential and clinical reality in healthcare is not inevitable. It is a design problem — and design problems have solutions.
