01The studio
A studio for the work that happens before development.
Most MedTech failures are not technology failures. The device works. The clinical pathway around it was never designed. The service system around the device — the workflow, the patient journey, the futures the product has to survive — is the layer where adoption is won or lost.
Servizions is the studio for that layer. We work upstream of development: before the engineering budget is committed, before the product line is locked, before the next eighteen months of roadmap is decided.
The work happens in the clinic, not the report. That is the entire commercial advantage.
